Cantiknya Muslimah ‘Mata Biru’ Lamno, Aceh Jaya


BANDA ACEH – Mereka disapa dengan sebutan ‘Si Mata Biru’ atau ‘Bulek Lamno’. Ini karena warna mata mereka memang berbeda dengan warna mata sebagian besar penduduk Indonesia. Keturunan mata biru itu ada di pedalaman desa di bawah kaki Gunung Geureute, Aceh Jaya.

 Tidak semua penduduk Lamno yang berada di kecamatan Jaya, kabupaten Aceh Jaya memiliki postur tinggi, berhidung mancung, berambut pirang, berkulit putih dan bermata biru kecoklatan. Ciri khas tersebut hanya dimiliki oleh penduduk asli Daya keturunan Portugis.

 Wahidin, salah seorang warga desa Ujong Muloh yang mempunyai darah keturunan Portugis mengatakan komunitas si Mata Biru atau lebih dikenal dengan sebutan bulek Lamno, kini sudah berkurang jumlahnya.

 “Merupakan keturunan kedelapan karena dari orangtua kami ada yang kelima dan enam. Di kabupaten Aceh Jaya dan khususnya kecamatan Jaya dan ada lagi kecamatan Baru, namanya kecamatan Indra Jaya di situ terdapat beberapa desa yang dihuni oleh penduduk keturunan Portugis yang pada abad ke-14 sampai ke-16 terdampar di daerah kerajaan Daya,” cerita Wahidin.

 “Masyarakat dan kerajaan Daya menahan tentara Portugis, lalu mereka menikah dengan orang-orang yang berada di sekitar kerajaan Daya. Desa-desa yang menjadi basis keturunan Portugis penduduknya yaitu desa Ujong Muloh, Kuala Daya, Gle Jong,

 Teumareum dan Lambeso, ini umumnya hampir semua perempuan dan laki-lakinya berciri khas kulit putih, rambut pirang dan hidung mancung.” Sementara prianya ditambah dengan berbulu di tangan dan bulu dada yang tebal.

 Lamno sebuah wilayah yang terletak di pesisir Barat Aceh, berjarak 86 kilometer dari kota Banda Aceh, ibukota Provinsi. Adat istiadat Komunitas si Mata Biru sama dengan penduduk Aceh lainnya, hanya dialek bahasa yang membuat penduduk keturunan Portugis ini menjadi berbeda.

 “Menyangkut dengan bahasa masyarakat Lamno berbeda dengan bahasa yang ada di kota. Orang keturunan Portugis itu menggunakan dialek bahasa Daya. Umpamanya kalo kamo (kami), bahasa Lamnonya kame atau kamey, (hari ini) uronyo disebut uronyee.”

 Ada dua versi cerita tentang asal usul keberadaan orang Portugis di Lamno. Versi pertama mengatakan Portugis datang ke Aceh untuk menjajah pada tahun 1519 dan menikah dengan penduduk setempat, sedangkan versi kedua mengatakan sebuah kapal perang Portugis yang berisikan ratusan prajurit terdampar di perairan Lamno.

 Kemudian Raja Daya yang berkuasa pada saat itu menyelamatkan prajurit dan menerima mereka menjadi penduduk setempat, dengan syarat harus memeluk agama Islam.

 Menurut catatan sejarah yang ada di pusat dokumen induk Aceh, Marco Polo dalam petualangan pelayaran keliling dunianya tahun 1292-1295 pernah singgah di kerajaan Daya dan menulis buku tentang kebesaran kerajaan Daya berbaur dengan prajurit Portugis di Lamno.[kabar aceh]
